Overview

The sales team at Justworks is responsible for expanding our customer base while driving revenue and growth. As an Account Executive in-territory in Miami, you will manage a sales pipeline, conduct market research, and foster relationships with potential clients.

In Short

  • Manage your own book of business and sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Establish a presence in your territory and develop a marketing plan.
  • Proactively prospect for new business using various sales tools.
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively to potential customers.

  • Be an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions.
  • Travel within the Miami territory for networking and client meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Executive.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle.
  • Lead generation experience in a high-velocity environment (e.g., SaaS).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
  • Cold calling experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen effectively.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about sales and relationship-building.
  • Willingness to travel for networking events and client meetings.
