Overview

The Director of Health Underwriting at Justworks will lead the underwriting processes for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages, working cross-functionally to drive business goals and support renewal strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic financial underwriting experience.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in generating and analyzing accurate reports.
• Knowledge of benefit programs and pricing.
• Experience with PEOs is preferred.
• In-person travel to NYC and Tampa offices required a few times a year.
