Overview

As an Account Executive at Justworks, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the Miami area. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building relationships with small businesses.

In Short

  • Manage own book of business and sales pipeline.
  • Research and develop a marketing plan for your territory.
  • Proactively prospect for new business.
  • Communicate value propositions to potential customers.

  • Travel within the Miami area.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Executive.
  • Experience managing a consultative sales cycle.
  • Lead generation experience in B2B settings.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Cold-calling experience.
  • Hunter mentality for acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to simplify complex topics for clients.
  • Ability to apply creative solutions in fast-paced environments.
