In Short

• Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of partners on our portal.
• Effectively search for prospective clients and convert sales leads into long-term partnerships.
• Analyse daily partner and vertical performance, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Regularly meet with service providers/partners to review satisfaction and address feedback.
• Achieve short and long-term sales goals while implementing efficient processes.
• Inform and educate partners about new process implementations.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
• Monitor account performance and track key metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to assist partners.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant account management experience.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing client requirements.
• A strong sense of initiative and personal leadership.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• A data-driven decision-making mentality.
• Proactive, innovative, and creative mindset.
