In Short

• Identify and generate leads from potential customers who abandoned their carts
• Engage with customers through outbound calls and emails to drive conversions and close sales.
• Address customer concerns and objections to finalize appointments effectively
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and optimize the sales process
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and conversion
• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and improved conversion rates
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to encourage commitment and repeat business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of BPO experience in customer service, technical support, and outbound sales
• Proven ability in cold calling and driving sales conversions
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and tech savvy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
• Experience in data entry, analysis and reporting to optimize sales strategies
• High emotional intelligence to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindset
• Team player with a proactive, innovative, and creative mindset, able to think outside the box
