Overview

As a Category Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of JustAnswer’s platform by managing customer questions, escalating issues, and supporting both Experts and Customers.

• Manage open question inventory and ensure correct categorization.

Requirements

• Native or C1-C2 proficiency in German.
• B2-C1 level English proficiency.
