Overview

As a Product Design Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of UX designers based in India and Ukraine, driving best-in-practice design solutions across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• 1+ years of experience in design management.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Experience in B2C retail or tech product design is preferred.
• Comfortable working late evening or night hours.
• Proven ability to work effectively with international teams.
