Senior Manager / Supervisor, Client Services - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager / Supervisor, Client Services is central to the day-to-day management of the client relationship, as well as the manager of commercial growth within a business unit / portfolio, working closely with the Director, Client Services.

In Short

• Provide superior customer service whilst maximizing business opportunities, growth and efficiency.
• Understand client compensation structure and the implications of plan changes.
• Provide the client with regular status updates on project progress vs agreed KPIs.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Work across all integrated service offerings.
• Scope project briefs and deliver integrated creative and media initiatives.
• Incorporate agency tools into client planning process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends.
• Manage commercial success of clients.
• Report the profitability of each client.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client management / sales experience within agencies and/or digital B2B marketing environment.
• Interest and experience in the technology sector.
• 5+ years’ experience working with creative studio environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in cross-channel integrated marketing programs.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
• Commercially astute and focused on growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Presentation skills and ability to tell compelling stories.
