Overview

The Director, Media Activation is accountable for overseeing all aspects of the media activation process and workflow including the integrated workings of cross-channel platforms for a select group of accounts.

In Short

  • Oversee the cross-channel planning and activation process and workflow for active campaigns.
  • Act as key integration lead collaborating with media strategy, omnichannel, social, search and content syndication teams.
  • Promote cross-team collaboration with media services and programmatic teams.
  • Drive increased profitability through innovative workload planning and process evolution.
  • Maintain quality control ensuring projects and campaigns are executed accurately.
  • Troubleshoot issues and work with online partners to resolve as needed.
  • Ensure tactics and vendors are GDPR compliant.
  • Consult on optimizations throughout campaign life-cycle.
  • Ensure media activation team tracks all financial processes accurately.
  • Manage workflow of assigned accounts and oversee cross-channel processes.

Requirements

  • 9+ years experience in a digital marketing environment.
  • 5+ years experience with media planning/execution platforms.
  • 6+ years managing a team of direct reports.
  • 3+ years experience leading process and workflows across multiple teams.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and media activation.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong presentation and prioritizing skills.
  • Commercially astute with an eye for detail.
