Overview

Juniper Square is seeking a high-achieving, New York-based sales leader to take the helm of our rapidly growing private equity sales effort. In this role, you will lead a team of world-class account executives, selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity GPs, ranging from emerging to institutional managers.

  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture, motivating your team to exceed individual, team, and company targets
  • Develop career advancement strategies for top performers and ensure succession planning for the sales organization
  • Deeply understand Juniper Square’s solution set and the customer outcomes those solutions drive
  • Maintain a deep connection to the private equity industry, extending your team’s network
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, coaching your team on deal strategy
  • Train your team on the nuances of private equity managers
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation
  • Stay abreast of shifts in the competitive landscape
  • Forecast team performance, providing clear reporting to executive management

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading a fund administration business development function
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships at the executive level
  • Desire to support a highly networked, channel-driven sales motion
  • Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and accounting principles
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
