Juniper Square is seeking a Global Payroll & Compliance Manager to lead U.S. and international payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.

• Manage end-to-end payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international labor laws.

• Utilize ADP functionalities to optimize payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll processing.
• Experience with international payroll and EOR providers.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws in the U.S.
• Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred certifications like CPP.
