Gusto is seeking a Sales Leader to lead our Gusto Pro Sales Team, dedicated to driving Gusto's growth in the SMB space through channel relationships with accounting partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience managing change and ambiguity.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
