Requirements

  • Experience in HR and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of financials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and resilience.
