Placement Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are currently hiring for an energetic and customer focused Placement Coordinator to join our Clinical Placement team here at Joyce University. The coordinator will ensure the necessary resources are in place for student clinical and preceptor placements across the nursing programs and software platforms. This role also emphasizes the ability to communicate with students the importance of compliance to meet all clinical health and University partners requirements.

• Entry-level understanding of policies and procedures.
• Staying current with Joyce University trainings in HRIS software.
• Practicing empathy and effective communication with students.
• Understanding clinical placement timelines and requirements.
• Managing student compliance tracking software.
• New student interactions for clinicals and orientations.
• Understanding file extensions and basic software knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred experience: 2-3 years in an academic setting.
