Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions or related fields.
• Experience in higher education admissions advising.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and admissions processes.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to engage and motivate others.
• Commitment to student-centered enrollment practices.
• Sales training or coaching experience preferred.
