• Utilize CRM systems to track student interactions
• Collaborate with admissions leadership to meet enrollment goals
• Participate in training and student-centered events

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions, advising, or sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and guide students
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfort in a collaborative team environment
