• Lead and manage the QC process for compliance.
• Design and execute testing frameworks for AML and sanctions compliance.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in compliance.
• Proven track record in leading QC programs.
• Experience with SARs/STRs and regulatory audits.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
