Overview

We are seeking a Founding Account Executive for the Spanish-speaking region, who is driven by a passion for creating customer value and has a growth mindset.

In Short

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present product solutions in Spanish and English.
  • Manage pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Implement strategies to secure customer retention.
  • Collaborate with various teams to maximize client value.
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies.
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate leads.
  • Document best practices and iterate on sales playbooks.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and Account Management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR.
  • Confident in presenting and consulting via various mediums.
  • Organized in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a growth mindset.
