Overview

The Founding Account Executive for French-speaking Markets will play a crucial role in driving JOIN's revenue growth and customer retention across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, focusing on creating customer value and contributing to the growth strategy.

In Short

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present JOIN’s product solutions in French and English.
  • Manage your pipeline using Salesforce for clean forecasting.
  • Implement strategies to secure customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies.
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate leads.
  • Document and iterate on sales best practices.
  • Analyse results to improve sales acumen.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and strong English communication skills.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
  • Confident in presenting and consulting via various mediums.
  • Organized in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a growth mindset.
