Overview

As an Account Manager at JOIN, you will play a critical role in converting inbound leads into happy customers and managing long-term partnerships.

In Short

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into customers – no cold calling.
  • Conduct needs analysis and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Manage and grow your own customer portfolio.
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools like Hubspot to manage leads.
  • Analyse data to deepen client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Work in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 remote).
  • Participate in regular team events.
  • Embrace a fast-moving collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • Fluent in German and confident in English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented working style.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Data-driven mindset for optimizing sales activities.
  • Experience in HR/recruiting is a plus.
