Overview

As an Account Executive for the DACH region at JOIN, you will play a central role in scaling the company's commercial success by driving growth across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

In Short

Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell.
Present JOIN’s solutions in German and English.
Manage your pipeline using Salesforce.
Implement customer retention strategies.
Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams.
Design outbound sales strategies for your market segment.
Lead cold-calling campaigns.
Document best practices for sales.
Analyze results to improve sales performance.

Requirements

Fluency in German and strong English skills.
2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
Strong pipeline management skills.
Proactive and self-driven with a growth mindset.
Experience in HR tech is a plus.
