Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d) for one of our clients, a growing company with a high standard for customer service.

In Short

• Lead and develop the customer service team
• Ensure an excellent customer experience across all channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
• Manage service processes to optimize efficiency and quality
• Analyze key figures and derive measures for continuous improvement
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, IT, and product management
• Train and motivate employees

Requirements

• Experience in leading teams in customer service or similar areas
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Organizational skills and problem-solving competence
• Proficient with CRM systems and common office tools
• Resilience and structured work style
• Very good German skills, English skills are a plus
