Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager for one of our clients, working remotely.

In Short

• Develop, implement, and optimize the social media strategy
• Create, plan, and publish content (texts, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across all relevant channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• Community management: actively engage, moderate, and interact with followers
• Monitor and analyze social media performance (KPIs, reporting, deriving actions)
• Identify and implement current trends and innovations in social media
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Sales) and external partners/agencies
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns as well as in influencer and employer branding

Requirements

• Completed studies in Marketing, Communication, Media or a comparable qualification
• First to several years of professional experience in social media management
• Proficient in common social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Creativity, sense for trends, and target group-oriented communication
• Experience in content creation (text, image and video editing) is an advantage
• Analytical skills and structured, independent working style
• Very good German language skills, English skills desirable
