Overview

We are looking for an HR Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) for one of our clients. We are jobsmatter, a modern personnel consultancy recruiting skilled and managerial staff across Germany.

In Short

  • Maintenance of employee master data and management of the time tracking system
  • Creation of employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, and references
  • Support in the preparation and execution of monthly payroll processing
  • Point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR matters
  • Organization and support of onboarding and offboarding of new employees
  • Participation in the implementation of personnel management projects (e.g., digitization, HR reporting)
  • Assistance in recruitment processes and scheduling of interviews

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in HR management
  • Initial professional experience in HR is an advantage; career changers are welcome
  • Basic knowledge of labor, social insurance, and income tax law is desirable
  • Proficient use of MS Office; experience with HR software is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and discretion in handling sensitive data
  • Good German language skills, English skills are a plus
