Head of Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing for one of our clients in a remote position.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in coordination with management.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team.
• Plan and manage campaigns (online & offline) across all relevant channels.
• Responsible for brand management, positioning, and corporate communications.
• Expand digital marketing activities (Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, SEO/SEA).
• Manage external service providers, agencies, and partners.
• Conduct market, competition, and target group analyses.
• Responsible for budget planning, cost control, and reporting relevant KPIs to management.
• Close collaboration with sales, product management, and HR (e.g., Employer Branding).

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a leading marketing role, ideally in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and classic marketing mix.
• Proven successes in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Very good communication skills and fluent in German and English.
