As Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating EXUS’s already fast growth trajectory by transforming our marketing function into a strategic growth engine. You will work closely with a ramped-up sales team to drive 10X B2B growth — an ambitious and rewarding milestone to showcase on your future CV.

• Own the global marketing strategy and align efforts with sales.
• Build a scalable demand generation engine to support 50% YoY ARR growth.
• Launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs.
• Elevate EXUS’s brand and thought leadership in enterprise collections technology.
• Oversee the development of high-quality content and campaigns across channels.
• Build a robust customer marketing program including case studies and references.
• Own marketing analytics, reporting, and budget.
• Improve attribution and ROI tracking using tools like HubSpot.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams for full alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and customer advocacy.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
