This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up and lead the full growth engine of a fast-moving, high-impact environment. As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of acquisition, funnel optimization, content strategy, and lifecycle marketing — while directly shaping growth experiments that drive measurable results. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution: from designing ad campaigns and conversion funnels to writing compelling copy and building scalable growth loops. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance and deliver marketing impact with speed, creativity, and data-driven precision.

In Short

  • Lead acquisition and performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, programmatic).
  • Own paid growth strategy end-to-end: research, bidding, creative testing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization.
  • Design and optimize landing pages and user journeys, leveraging SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and A/B testing for better conversion.
  • Develop innovative creative strategies and write high-performing copy for ads, landing pages, and long-form content such as blogs, case studies, and guides.
  • Oversee organic content strategy, including keyword research, publishing, and backlink building.
  • Build and manage lifecycle flows across email, CRM, and automation platforms to improve onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Run scrappy, low-cost experiments to validate new channels and scale what works.
  • Drive co-marketing partnerships, influencer programs, affiliate campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support growth operations, including hiring, documentation, and process building.
