We offer Release of Information (ROI) services with white-glove support, empowering clinics, health systems, and ambulatory groups to manage medical records with ease, speed, and full compliance. As we scale rapidly, we're seeking a marketing leader to build and own the marketing function from the ground up.

In Short

• Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets and growth goals.
• Establish clear messaging and value proposition for our core offerings.
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
• Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars).
• Create sales collateral: one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and objection-handling sheets.
• Identify and lead our industry conference presence.
• Track and report on marketing-attributed pipeline and closed-won deals.
• Develop a strong content engine: blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, white papers.
• Create case studies and co-marketing opportunities with clients.
• Develop nurture programs to drive retention and referrals.
