Head of Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing with a strategic perspective and operational implementation strength for a dynamic and forward-looking company based in Switzerland.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for the development, planning, and implementation of marketing strategies (B2B/B2C)
• Leadership and development of the marketing team (Brand, Digital, Content, Events)
• Positioning and development of brand identity on a national and international level
• Management of all online and offline marketing activities including campaign management, budget, and performance analysis
• Close collaboration with sales, product management, and external partners
• Utilization of data-driven approaches for success measurement and continuous optimization

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leading marketing role, ideally in a digital or international environment
• Experience in brand management, performance marketing, digital campaign management, and team leadership
• Strategic thinking paired with operational hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of modern MarTech tools and analytics platforms
• Fluent in German and good English skills
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or comparable

Benefits
