Head of Human Resources - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a committed Head of Human Resources (m/w/d) for a company that focuses on individualized support in the application process.

• Strategic and operational management of the entire HR department.
• Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Law, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in HR, ideally in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and ideally collective bargaining law.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and consulting competence.
• Empathetic and solution-oriented leadership style.
• Experience in supporting change processes and introducing digital HR tools is a plus.
