• Comprehensive advice and support for private customers in all banking matters, including account and credit solutions, investments, retirement planning, and wealth building.
• Identification of individual needs and development of tailored financial solutions.
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Conducting financial analyses and developing customized recommendations for our clients.
• Active sales of banking products and services.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent advice and service.
• Close collaboration with the credit, wealth management, and back office departments.

Requirements

• Completed banking training or a comparable qualification in the financial sector.
• Solid knowledge in banking products, financial planning, and investment advice.
• Initial experience in customer consulting, ideally in banking or the financial industry.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented demeanor.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications and banking-specific IT systems.
• High self-motivation and willingness for continuous education.
• Team player with a solution-oriented work style.
