Benefits Administrator / HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Employee Navigator Database Manager is responsible for the strategic build, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration platform Employee Navigator, and similar systems.

In Short

• Zero or near-zero critical enrollment errors during Open Enrollment
• Accurate and timely database builds aligned with plan design
• Successful EDI/API integrations with minimal rework
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex discrepancies
• Strong partnership with enrollment and implementation teams
• High responsiveness during peak enrollment periods
• Continuous improvement of processes, automation, and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience building databases in: Employee Navigator (preferred), Ease, Selerix, Bswift, or similar platforms
• Proven experience with: EDI file feeds and API integrations, benefits administration systems and workflows
• Experience supporting: Open Enrollment at scale, multi-state or multi-client environments
