Appointment Setter / Scheduler - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional Scheduler to support our enrollment operations team. This role is critical in driving employee engagement and participation by coordinating one-on-one benefits enrollment appointments.

Requirements

• Preferred - Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR-related fields
• Preferred - Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and enrollment processes
• Preferred - Experience using Zoom Phone or similar dialing systems
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, or administrative roles
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – C1 English level
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional tone
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel
