Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, appointment setting, or inside sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts preferred.
• Experience with marketing agencies, SaaS products, or CRM services preferred.
