Overview

The Central Ops Support Executive is responsible for remotely supporting the daily operations of sellers, ensuring efficient functioning and stakeholder management.

• Remotely monitor operations through calls and emails.
• Liaise between field executives and internal/external agencies.
• Train sellers on execution and adherence to norms.
• Devise and deploy SOPs to improve seller experience.

• Experience required: 6 months to 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field.
