Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our growing team at 5X. In this role, you will take ownership of key HR functions across the employee lifecycle while leading initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in HR operations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills in writing and verbally.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and Slack.

• Experience with AI tools for HR operations.
