In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical offerings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network with industry professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  • Travel extensively within the Al Khor region to meet with clients and prospects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends
  • Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in Qatar
  • Valid Qatar driver's license and willingness to travel within the Al Khor region
  • Sales certification (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
