Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for an internationally established development service provider focused on innovative automotive solutions. The role is based in Munich with hybrid work options.

In Short

• Develop strategic tech recruiting with a focus on Engineering, Automotive, and Electronics.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to implement new recruiting strategies.
• Actively shape recruiting processes from requirement analysis to successful onboarding.
• Identify suitable talents through active sourcing, networks, and creative approaches.
• First experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical environment.
• Understanding of technical roles or willingness to learn quickly.
• Structured and independent working style with a desire to drive change.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
• Hybrid working model: 2-3 days/week remote possible.
