This is an exciting opportunity to lead the US brand strategy for a groundbreaking treatment in neuromuscular disease. As a key player on the commercial team, you will define and execute go-to-market strategies from early-stage development through launch and beyond. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape brand messaging, engage with patient and HCP communities, and drive tactical execution with creativity and precision. This hands-on role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is passionate about improving patient lives.

In Short

  • Design and execute strategic brand plans and campaigns to drive awareness, uptake, and long-term product success.
  • Lead development of value propositions, disease education, and promotional materials in partnership with creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with patient advocacy teams to build impactful messaging for patients and caregivers.
  • Select and manage external partners to support campaign development and omnichannel initiatives, including digital engagement.
  • Drive market innovation and field strategy alignment by working closely with sales, market access, and medical affairs teams.
  • Utilize data, insights, and market research to inform strategic direction and optimize tactics.
  • Oversee budget management, KPI tracking, and performance measurement for brand initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards for all marketing activities.
  • Partner globally on congresses, KOL engagement, educational initiatives, and digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for patient engagement.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
