This position is for a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer focused on designing, building, and maintaining messaging protocols and mobile SDKs in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a staff-level software engineer.
• Expertise in mobile development with Kotlin, Swift, React Native, or C++.
• Solid experience with Rust or a strong interest in learning Rust.
• Experience developing communication protocols and SDKs.
• Familiarity with adversarial systems design and security risk mitigation.
• Prior open-source contributions and public technical communication experience.
• Bonus: experience with Messaging Layer Security and blockchain technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for decentralized technology and on-chain systems.
