• Architect consensus refinements and other protocol-layer components in Rust.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps for protocol design and optimization.
• Serve as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Drive best practices in cryptography, threat modeling, and distributed systems.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks for low latency and high throughput.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in software engineering with complex distributed systems.
• Deep proficiency in Rust and systems programming.
• Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms and decentralized architectures.
• Ability to guide fellow engineers and foster a culture of learning.
• Comfortable in a high-autonomy, low-process environment.
• Able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
