In Short

• Own all developer-facing content and tooling, from docs and guides to examples and reference apps.
• Partner with top teams to get them integrated and successful on Plasma, solving for real, global use cases.
• Design and maintain core onboarding experiences that showcase Plasma’s speed, architecture, and stablecoin-native features.
• Launch and maintain community programs (e.g. developer challenges, early adopter cohorts, hackathons) to foster usage and loyalty.
• Build feedback loops from developers into product and engineering so we move fast and ship what matters.
• Represent Plasma at events, conferences, and social channels.

Requirements

• You’ve worked in DevRel, engineering, or protocol teams and know what developers love in a platform.
• A strong communicator with the ability to translate deep technical concepts into clean, concise writing and code.
• Hands-on coder: you can prototype, debug, and ship code that other developers rely on.
• Opinionated about great developer experiences and willing to fight for quality.
• A passion for crypto infrastructure and stablecoin use cases.
• Comfortable working across disciplines and moving fast in a high-stakes environment.
• Known for high ownership when something’s broken, you fix it. When something’s missing, you build it.
