Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on providing exceptional support to payor partner clinicians and clients within a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

In Short

• Respond promptly to live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients.
• Ensure high-quality support for payor partner clinicians and clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, and Engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing and technical issues.
• Participate in regular meetings with your manager for quality assurance.
• Incorporate feedback to improve communication.
• Identify and remove roadblocks for stakeholders.
• Work a consistent Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST shift.
• Contribute to mental healthcare accessibility.
• Develop skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
