Solution Expert - Remote

Overview

This role offers the chance to work closely with enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of their learning platform through strategic consulting and advanced technical solutions.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their contract lifecycle, delivering expert-level product guidance.
• Support complex technical implementations including platform restructuring, integrations (SSO, API, third-party tools), and solution audits.
• Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize usage across client environments.
• Deliver professional services such as technical workshops, platform audits, and product training sessions.
• Develop scalable processes to improve solution delivery, document best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Act as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and long-term adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, and Engineering to advocate for client needs and feedback.
