Senior / Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Blockchain) - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior / Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Blockchain) in Europe or Latam.

In Short

• Maintain and operate blockchain infrastructure, including validators, remote signers, and multisig systems.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement reliable solutions.
• Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps workflows for scalable, maintainable deployments.
• Manage workload orchestration with Kubernetes and other orchestration tools to ensure high availability and performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including system architecture, operational procedures, and incident reports.
• Analyze distributed systems and software design to propose multiple solutions and operational improvements.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing expertise in blockchain operations, reliability, and distributed systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized systems.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools and GitOps practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and orchestration tools.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
