Overview

This role is pivotal in linking user needs with business goals, creating end-to-end service experiences across diverse touchpoints. You will engage in service discovery, journey design, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment between research insights, design execution, and operational effectiveness.

• Proven ability to conduct and analyze research across various stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially for conveying complex ideas.

• Ability to adapt and continuously learn emerging methods and tools.
