Overview

As a Service Designer at Bixal, you will contribute to the modernization of a mobile app for Veterans, ensuring user experiences are accessible and compliant with standards.

In Short

• Join the Cartography and Shared Portal Support team.
• Map service experiences using journey maps and blueprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating service design deliverables.
• Experience in multidisciplinary and agile teams.
• Familiarity with human-centered design frameworks.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex environments.
