Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on the Platform team, you will identify issues and technical challenges across the engineering teams and platforms, develop innovative solutions to resolve them, and drive their adoption.

In Short

• Collaborate and execute architectural discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-team projects and drive technical roadmap.
• Design, build, and maintain core observability libraries and tools.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across the stack.
• Present technical information to a wide array of customers.
• 6+ years of experience in building tools with Python, GoLang, or Ruby.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep understanding of micro-service architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with observability platforms like Datadog and Grafana.
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes/Docker/Terraform.
• 6+ years of experience on an incident response team.
• Experience driving platform adoption across engineering teams.
