As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the expansion of payroll solutions across multiple countries, driving both strategic initiatives and operational execution. You will define product scope, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure that local and regional payroll requirements are seamlessly integrated into scalable, compliant solutions. In Short

• Own and manage a portfolio of countries, acting as the accountable Product Manager for end-to-end delivery.
• Define product strategy, scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead high-impact or complex projects that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
• Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers and other product team members.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and communicate progress internally and externally.
• Partner with Solution Design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and clarity of deliverables.
• Prioritize backlog items, conduct grooming sessions, and oversee sprint planning to maintain alignment on scope and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates to senior leaders and cross-regional teams.
• Act as an escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges and champion best practices across the product function.
