As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building production-ready GenAI solutions that leverage state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a hands-on role where you'll design, fine-tune, and deploy ML systems that go beyond prototypes and deliver real-world impact. You will collaborate across teams to integrate LLMs into scalable products, solve complex NLP challenges, and contribute to global AI innovation from Egypt. This is a remote-first opportunity within a highly technical and fast-paced environment that values deep expertise and innovation.

In Short

• Design and develop scalable LLM/ML solutions using commercial APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini) and open-source models (e.g. LLaMA, Mistral).
• Fine-tune and customize open-source LLMs for domain-specific applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Solve real-world NLP and machine learning problems using advanced modeling approaches.
• Stay ahead of GenAI developments and continuously apply cutting-edge research in practical implementations.
• Engage with international teams and support client-facing initiatives where required.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning and NLP.
• Experience with Large Language Models and their applications.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Experience with API integration and deployment of ML systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
